We are known for our deeds in the field of mountaineering. We have made world records: Late Tenging Norgay Sherpa, the first person to reach the top of the World; Late Babu Chhiri Sherpa, the fastest climber and the one to stay at the summit of the Mt. Everest for the longest duration; Ang Rita Sherpa, the one to reach the summit of Mt. Everest for 11 times; Temba Tshering Sherpa, the Youngest to surmount the Mt. Everest; and have conquered the field of mountaineering. Actually we are worthy for the success of virtually every ascent of Mt. Everest.
